R U OKAY ?

     ARE YOU OKAY is a computer generated phone call program that will place a call to your residence each and every day of the year at a specified time.  If the call is not answered two additional calls are made within a 15 minute period.  If we receive no answer a patrol unit is dispatched to your residence and a police officer will check on your well being.

     If you are interested in being a part of the program you need to fill out an application with our department and we will place you into the system.  Applications are available at the Town of West Seneca Police Department twenty four hours a day.  This program is open to residents of the Town of West Seneca only.  Most area departments are involved in the program for their residents.  To check and see if your town is involved contact your local police department.

     This service is available to any citizen regardless of age that needs a check of this type made on them for whatever medical reason.  For more information on the program contact Senior Public Safety Dispatcher Dwayne Lang at 674-2280 or West Seneca Police Detective Gary Pauly at 674-2280 ext 141.
